4、 Instrument function description:   The series of dual channel display instruments, with high reliability power module, can realize 110v-220vac wide voltage input, and provide +24v and +5v power supply to the sensor and transmitter of the user. It can input a variety of voltage signals: 0-3v, 1-3v, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, and can be used in combination with various sensors and transmitters. In order to increase the accuracy of measurement, the instrument adds the translation correction value of temperature and humidity, which can correct the translation error of the sensor.

This instrument can provide two 0-3v inputs and 4 relay alarm outputs. The upper and lower limit control can be carried out for the two input channels respectively, and the two independent return differences make the control more stable.

5、 Operation instructions:

1. When powered on, the instrument will enter the temperature and humidity display mode. Temperature window: 4-digit LED is: positive and negative temperature, 10 places of temperature, temperature decimal place and temperature decimal place. For example, the temperature is -15.2 ℃, 25.5 ℃.

Humidity window, 3-bit led respectively: humidity 10, humidity bits, humidity decimal places. For example, 56.5% RH, under normal display, press "set" key to enter parameter setting mode, and then press "set" key every time to enter the next parameter setting. The operation mode is as follows:

HSY

Humidity alarm return difference, setting range: 0 ~ 25

Humidity return value, in order to prevent frequent switching of relay, appropriate return value can be set according to needs. The return difference is valid for both upper and lower limits.

For example, when the humidity upper limit alarm value hah = 70.0 and HSY = 05.0, that is, when the measured humidity is higher than 70.0% RH, the relay J3 will be closed, and when the humidity is lower than 70.0, the relay J3 will not be disconnected, until the humidity is lower than the humidity upper limit alarm value minus the return value (hah --   When HSY = 70.0-5.0 = 65.0% RH), J3 relay will be disconnected.

For example, when the humidity lower limit alarm value Hal = 50.0 and HSY = 05.0, that is, when the measured humidity is lower than 50.0% RH, the relay J4 will be closed, and when the humidity is higher than 50.0, the relay J4 will not be disconnected. The relay J4 will not be disconnected until the humidity is higher than the humidity lower limit alarm value plus the return difference (HAL + HSY = 50.0 + 5.0 = 55.0% RH).

When setting, it cannot be greater than the upper limit of humidity alarm

Temperature alarm return difference, setting range: 0 ~ 25

Temperature return difference. In order to prevent frequent switch of relay, appropriate return difference can be set as required. The return difference is valid for both upper and lower limits.

If the upper temperature alarm value, theah = 40.0, and tsy = 05.0, that is, when the measured temperature is higher than 40.0 ℃, the relay is closed and the temperature is lower than 40.0, the relay will not be disconnected. Wait until the temperature is lower than the upper temperature alarm value to subtract the return difference (TAH –   The relay of the j1will not be disconnected until tsy = 40.0-5.0 = 35.0 ° C.

If the alarm value of lower temperature limit is tal=20.0, when tsy=05.0, that is, when the measurement temperature is lower than 20.0 ℃, the relay J2 is closed, and the temperature is higher than 20.0, the J2 relay will not be disconnected. The J2 relay will not be disconnected until the temperature is higher than the alarm value of the lower temperature limit plus the return difference (TAL + tsy = 20.0 + 5.0 = 25.0 ℃).

Humidity translation correction value, setting range: - 99.0 ~ 99.0

7、 Control instructions:

The instrument can control the upper limit and lower limit of two inputs. The upper limit of humidity is hah, the lower limit of humidity is Hal, the upper limit of temperature is TAH and the lower limit of temperature is tal. The humidity return difference is HSY and the temperature return difference is tsy.

Take the humidity control as an example to explain the control process.

Humidity upper limit control: humidity upper limit alarm value hah = 50.0% RH, humidity alarm return difference HSY = 5, when the humidity rises to 50.0% RH, the instrument enters the upper limit alarm state, AL4 indicator light is on, and humidity upper limit relay is closed and output. When the humidity is less than 45.0% RH (hah-hsy), the alarm state is released. As shown in Figure 1:

Humidity lower limit control: humidity upper limit alarm value hah = 50.0% RH, humidity alarm return difference HSY = 5, when the humidity drops to 50.0% RH, the instrument enters the lower limit alarm state, al1 indicator light is on, humidity lower limit alarm relay is closed and output. When the humidity is higher than 55.0% RH (HAL + HSY), the alarm state is released. As shown in Figure 2
