1、 Overview

1.1 function introduction

The intelligent temperature and humidity controller can measure the temperature and humidity of various indoor and warehouse, or a certain closed interior. The digital tube displays the temperature and humidity value and automatically starts the relay output; When the ambient temperature is too high, the automatic upper limit alarm output, and the low temperature starts the lower alarm value; When the ambient humidity exceeds the upper limit, the upper limit alarm is activated, and the lower limit alarm output will be automatically started when the humidity is lower than the lower limit value. Temperature and humidity signals can be customized according to customer requirements to meet the needs of various occasions, with good consistency and repeatability, high precision, good stability and strong anti-interference. This controller has RS485 communication function.

3、 Safety work guidelines

Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the product, and use the product on the basis of full understanding. The wrong use will cause damage to the controller. It is strictly forbidden to make any modification to this product! The company will not be responsible for any accident caused by unauthorized transformation.

● check the wiring of the instrument before use, and do not mix the power cord and sensor wire together.

● pay special attention to the connection of the sensor to avoid wrong connection.

● do not plug and plug the sensor on power, otherwise it will cause damage to the sensor.

● do not access control objects beyond the capacity of the relay of this controller to avoid the relay contacts melting.

● it is strictly forbidden to store or use this instrument in high temperature, high humidity, inflammable, explosive and strong electric magnetic field environment.

Note: during the disassembly and assembly of oil temperature sensor, please pay attention to the concave and convex part of the sensor connection, confirm that the concave and convex parts are aligned, and then connect the two parts of the sensor with force to prevent damage to the oil temperature sensor.

7、 Introduction to function and usage

7.1 temperature and humidity display and control

Connect the wire according to the wiring diagram, and power on after confirming that the wiring is correct. The digital tube will display the current ambient temperature and humidity immediately. The upper row digital tube displays the current temperature value, and the lower row of digital tube displays the ambient humidity value.

7.1.1 parameter setting

Press "menu" to enter the login interface, and the code in the password area will be displayed. Press enter to display the default password "999", press "add" or "decrease" to modify the password to "001", and then press enter to enter the menu setting. The menu organization structure is shown in table 7.1.1

7.1.2 control part of temperature and humidity

(1) When the temperature is ≥ the upper limit temperature start control value, the upper limit alarm relay closes the output and the corresponding indicator light on the panel is on; When the measurement temperature is less than the upper temperature limit temperature monitoring return difference, the upper limit alarm relay is disconnected and the corresponding indicator light on the panel goes out.

(2) When the temperature is lower than the lower limit temperature start control value, the lower limit alarm relay closes the output and the corresponding indicator light on the panel is on; When the measurement temperature is ≥ the lower temperature limit + the temperature monitoring return difference, the lower limit alarm relay is disconnected and the corresponding indicator light on the panel goes out.

(3) Humidity upper limit control: the upper humidity alarm value hah=50.0% RH, humidity alarm return difference hsy=5, when the humidity rises to 50.0% RH, the instrument enters the upper limit alarm state, the indicator light is on, and the humidity upper limit relay closes the output. When the humidity is less than 45.0% RH (hah-hsy), the alarm state is released. As shown in Figure 1:

(3) Humidity lower limit control: the low humidity alarm value hah=50.0% RH, humidity alarm return difference hsy=5, when the humidity drops to 50.0% RH, the instrument enters the low limit alarm state, the indicator light is on, and the low humidity alarm relay closes the output. When the humidity is higher than 55.0% RH (HAL + HSY), the alarm state is released. As shown in Figure 2

8、 Product ordering

According to the demand, the user shall indicate the following items in the order:

1. product model, quantity and sensor lead length (3.0m in standard configuration).

2. product installation mode and load driven power.

3. receiving unit, consignee, address, postcode, etc.

4. freight mode: mail, railway express or other means.

5. items shall be filled in when issuing VAT ticket.
