Operation of rotary dehumidifier

4.1 introduction

        The standard control of USD / DRD series dehumidifier unit has been completed in the electric control box, or other programs can be controlled and connected according to the user's requirements, so the operation is simple. The equipment shall be managed by specially trained personnel during use. Please read the technical manual and related materials carefully.

         The electric control operation box panel of the dehumidification system is equipped with indicator light, emergency stop button and PLC display. All operations and signal monitoring can be carried out on the operation box panel.

4.2 operating instructions

1. Power on and setting

        After power on, the initial screen appears on the display screen: in this page, click "enter" to pop up the working screen, which can observe and monitor the operating parameters of each working point of the dehumidifier in real time, and can enter the secondary parameter setting, alarm query and sensor correction; As shown in the figure:

Alarm record management:

       In the setting interface, parameters such as supply air temperature, regeneration temperature and upper limit of regeneration temperature can be set. The reference parameters are as follows:

       Supply air temperature: 0 ~ 40 ℃, parameter meaning: supply air temperature value, process requirements: 22 ± 2℃； The default setting is 22 ℃.

       Regeneration temperature: 80 ~ 140 ℃, parameter meaning, the dehumidification capacity decreases when the regeneration temperature is lowered, otherwise it increases; If the load is low in winter, lower the regeneration temperature; if the load is high in summer, raise the temperature again. This can be adjusted appropriately according to the drying speed of the production process (no more than 140 ℃).

        Upper limit of regeneration temperature: parameter meaning, set the upper limit of regeneration temperature, when reaching the upper limit, execute the shutdown procedure, and set 150 ~ 180 ℃ according to the process requirements.

       After the parameter setting is completed, the machine can be started and operated. When the machine is started, press the "start" button on the operation panel directly. At this time, the green indicator light on the control cabinet panel will be on and flashing, and the machine will run automatically according to the startup program.
