1.1 box

The usd/drd series dehumidifier (Group) adopts the profile frame structure, which has steel frame and aluminum alloy frame to choose, with beautiful appearance and strong surface treatment and corrosion resistance, which can effectively guarantee the overall strength of the equipment and the overall sealing of the equipment.

Double deck, high density (50kg/m3) polyurethane foam, with good heat insulation and high strength, the double layer anti-corrosion rubber seal is used between the movable outer wall plate and the frame.

1.2 treatment air part

The air inlet filters are all of the plate type primary effect filters which can slide out horizontally. Regeneration fan adopts regeneration temperature control delay (60 ℃) to stop, so as to ensure the waste heat in the regeneration air duct is taken away, ensure the safe operation of the equipment, and effectively protect the runner from burning due to local overheating.

The standard regeneration heating method is steam heating and electric heating. Other heating methods can be adopted according to the special needs of users, such as heat transfer oil and other industrial waste heat heating.

1.3 regeneration air duct:

The standard dehumidifier regeneration air inlet filters are all made of plate type primary effect filter (EU4) which can be sliding out from horizontal side and galvanized plate frame. The runner used on low dew point machine has 85% of the adsorption material, which makes the comprehensive dehumidification efficiency higher than that of the same products in the world, all of which are 10-15%.

The runner is made of special ceramic magnetic fiber composite. The composite is corrugated structure with high performance moisture absorption agent, forming many small air channels, which has large contact area with air, and improves the dehumidification efficiency.

The runner has good fire resistance. The smoke index and combustion index of the runner are zero after the E-84 Standard Test of the international authority (astme);

The compressive strength of runner is 2000kpa (2kgf/cm2), and has good compressive strength; At the same time, it can be washed with clean water;

Runner seal adopts imported matching sealing strip, which has good sealing performance, small friction resistance and high temperature resistance and durable;

        The fresh air of the system is mixed with the return air of drying room after cooling, and the mixed air is cooled by the secondary cooling disk pipe (the secondary cooling coil pipe is not shown in the flow chart). Most of the cooling mixed air passes through the dehumidification area (the air flow is the treatment air), and a small part passes through the cooling area (the air flow is the regeneration air); The treated air flows out after drying, and the regeneration air heated by the cooling area is heated by the regeneration heater, and enters the regeneration area to regenerate the runner, and finally is discharged out of the room;

         The treated air enters the dehumidification area of the runner, and the water molecules in the air are absorbed by the moisture absorption agent in the runner. The dried air is sent to the next process through the treatment fan for temperature treatment or directly sent to the workplace.

         The runner absorbs water molecules in the fan of the treated air area and becomes saturated. It will automatically transfer to the regeneration area for high temperature regeneration, so that the runner can recover its dehumidification ability.

        After the regeneration air is taken from precooling or subcooling disc pipe, the temperature of the cooling runner is increased at the same time. After the regeneration heater reaches the set regeneration temperature, the regeneration air enters the regeneration area to complete the regeneration of the runner;

         Other supporting air treatment functional sections are configured in the system. The functions of each functional section are: the front surface cooler uses the chilled water to reduce the fresh air temperature to the pre cooling working state point, so that the relative humidity of the air is gradually approaching the saturated state, which plays the role of cooling and reducing humidity. Then mix with the return air, and the runner is to treat the humidity of the mixed air to the required humidity, so that the dry air can meet the humidity requirements required by the drying room. The cooling section of the aftersurface is to adjust the dry air temperature to the air supply temperature required by the drying room and then send it to the drying room.

1.6 safety and control devices

          The internal of usd/drd series of runner dehumidifier (Group) is equipped with safety protection measures such as filter blocking, regeneration over temperature alarm, runner stop detection, delayed shutdown of regeneration fan, etc. In case of abnormal regeneration system (fan failure or air duct blockage), when the temperature in heater reaches the set temperature value or when the runner stops running, an indication alarm will be sent out, and the electric heater will be unloaded( When the steam or heat transfer oil is heated, the heater closing valve needs to be equipped with actuator).

         When dehumidifier (Group) stops under normal conditions, regeneration fan and runner are shut down in time under PLC controller control; After the equipment is shut down, the regeneration fan will stop automatically after the regeneration temperature is lowered to below the safe temperature.

         PLC controller or temperature and humidity controller control the humidity of dry air according to the return air temperature and humidity value of drying room; If the humidity reaches the requirement, the operation series of electric heater or the output proportion of SCR are controlled, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving; According to the temperature of return air, PLC calculates and outputs control signal to control the opening degree of ice water valve of the aftercooler, so as to control the temperature of the treated dry air within the required range; Make the air quality of the whole system within the specified range.

        In order to make the system meet the design purification requirements, all filters are equipped with pressure difference switch (option). When the pressure difference of filter is greater than the set value of PLC, alarm the operator to clean and replace the filter; If this function is not available, the user needs to clean and maintain and replace regularly (see Chapter 5).
