Debugging of rotary dehumidifier

3.1 introduction

        Before starting the dehumidification equipment, please read the attached manual and consult relevant technicians and experts to understand the operation steps and setting parameters of the equipment to avoid wrong operation. The actual operation parameters of the equipment are achieved by debugging; If some setting parameters of the equipment need to be changed after commissioning, please contact the technical personnel of the equipment manufacturer, and do not change them by themselves.

3.2 inspection before commissioning and start-up:

        Commissioning and start-up of dehumidification unit shall be carried out by professional personnel of the company. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for all consequences.

        In order to ensure the safety of equipment during transportation, the treatment fan may be installed with a fixed frame. The treatment fan can be powered on and started after the fixed frame is removed.

Check the duct connection:

Check whether the equipment is installed according to the design location and space requirements.

The equipment is required to be fixed.

Ensure that the dehumidification system air duct is connected according to the design requirements.

Whether the air outlet, return valve and fire valve have been properly opened, and all the air valves shall be placed in the semi open position.

Ensure that the equipment transport package and unused plates have been removed.

Whether the shock absorber fixing card of fan base is removed (spring retaining card set by new machine to prevent vibration during transportation shall be removed during test).

The unit shall be kept clean inside and outside, especially the surface of primary and medium efficiency filters, high efficiency filters and surface coolers shall be clean and free from dust, and there shall be no foreign matters in the machine.

Check whether the sealing strip between the unit and section is damaged and the sealing is good.

Check whether other parts on the equipment are installed correctly and whether the resistance value of the power parts is normal.

Whether the voltage and wiring of phase power supply meet the requirements and whether the grounding is good.

Check the electrical connections:

Ensure that the voltage fluctuation range provided does not exceed 10% of the voltage and frequency indicated by each power consumption equipment.

The equipment shall be grounded and set with isolation switch to ensure the equipment is insulated from the power supply during inspection and service.

The fuse power of the disconnector and fuse shall be consistent with the model and type of the dehumidification unit installed.

The power supply cable meets the design requirements.

Check that all wires are securely connected.

Check the connection of the pipe:

Check whether the pipes (refrigerant and steam) connected to dehumidification unit are installed according to the design requirements, open the cold water pipe valve, open the exhaust valve on the coil header of the unit to vent and exhaust the air.

Ensure that the pipeline connection is installed correctly and safely and reliably.

Check that the valves and electric actuators on the pipe are free of damage.

Check the automatic control system:

Check the installation position of external sensitive elements (representative position of temperature and humidity in controlled area).

Check that the control components are installed and the control wire is connected correctly.

Ensure that the operating voltage of the control is in accordance with the requirements.

After the control parts are powered, it is determined that there is no serious heating phenomenon.

Check the configuration and setting parameters of the controller.

3.3 start up inspection

Ensure that the dehumidification equipment is powered on and the power indicator light on the equipment control box shall be on when the unit is in standby state. The equipment is equipped with automatic control. Please select local operation mode.

Turn on the power supply and the power indicator light is on.

Touch the motor to check whether the fan steering is correct. If there is any error, stop the machine and change the phase line to make the fan forward. When the point is moved, all parts shall be free of abnormal phenomena and friction sound before commissioning for 3-5 minutes and shutdown. No abnormal test run again, use clamp gauge to measure the starting current of fan and motor, and check whether the operation current is normal.

Check whether the rotation direction of regeneration fan and treatment fan is correct, and the correct direction of rotation shall be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the fan casing.

Check whether the rotation direction of the runner is correct, and the correct direction of rotation shall be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the runner box.

Check the reliability of all equipment start, stop and interlock operation;

Note: if the above rotation direction is not correct, it indicates that the corresponding power supply phase sequence is connected in reverse; After the power is cut off, the phase sequence can be adjusted.

After the above inspection, click the start key according to the prompt steps on the PLC display screen, and the equipment will start normally;

When it is necessary to stop, click the stop key according to the prompt steps on the PLC display screen, and the equipment will stop normally (if the regeneration is steam heating, the steam valve shall be closed first), the equipment shall stop running, and the regeneration fan and runner shall be shut down in a delay. The unit returns to standby mode.

3.4 air volume regulation

Start dehumidification equipment for 10 minutes.

Adjust the valve on each air pipe according to the design and process requirements, and use the air volume test instrument to detect the air flow of fresh air and air supply. The air volume of the runner can be easily adjusted by the pressure difference meter installed on the dehumidifier panel( The air volume of runner treatment of the equipment is:           M3/H)

After the air volume is adjusted to the design required air volume, the air valve shall be locked and marked.

After normal operation, the running current of the motor shall not exceed the rated current value of the motor. Until the motor is adjusted to the specified load, lock all relevant regulating valves and run continuously for not less than 2 hours.

Check whether the unit is air leakage during operation.

Check whether the condensate discharge is normal.

After the system commissioning, do not adjust the air valve at will. If the air valve is to be adjusted, it is necessary to ensure that the running current of the motor shall not exceed its rated current, otherwise it will damage the motor.

3.5 dehumidification performance test

Ensure that the air volume of each functional section of the system is correct, and the heating temperature of regeneration air reaches the design temperature(   one hundred and twenty   C) around, check the moisture content of air at the inlet and outlet side or other required parameters when the air passes through each treatment section of the system with test instrument. Check whether the dehumidification performance is normal according to the design requirements of the equipment.

Repeat the check every 20 minutes to determine the stability of the dehumidification process.

The moisture content of air in each return branch and air supply of air supply system is detected, and whether the mixing ratio is normal or not can be calculated, and whether the air duct system has leakage can be judged.

Record the test results of each status point in the commissioning report.

Note: the instrument for testing must be calibrated. Each time the inspection work should be interval for a period of time to ensure the accuracy.
